4 c cubed cooked white chicken (can microwave boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
1 c mayonnaise
1 c slivered toasted almonds
1 c finely chopped celery
1 TBS onion juice (in spice section of store)
2 TBS lemon juice
2 c crushed potato chips
1 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything but cheese and chips and place in small casserole and cover with chips and cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
