1 cup hot cooked potatoes
1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cake yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water
2 or more cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, shortening, salt, sugar, eggs, milk and yeast mixture. Add 2 cups flour and mix well. Let rise until doubled, then work in more flour until desired consistency is reached. Refrigerate dough and make rolls as needed. Cook 10 minutes or until brown in preheated 425º
