"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix all of the above together, then add 24 oz chocolate chips, 1 giant Hershey bar (grated) and 3 cups chopped pecans. You will need a huge bowl to mix all of these as the dough is very stiff. Roll the dough in golf ball sized rolls and pace on an ungreased cookie sheet. Approximately 8-9 balls per sheet. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes. Measure each cup of oatmeal and place in food processor until oatmeal turns to powder then combine with other ingredients.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe was given to me by my neighbor who received it in a cookie exchange. The story goes that a woman by the name of Elaine Blanchery called Mrs. Fields and asked for the recipe. She was told it would cost two fifty. She thought $2.50, when she received her Visa bill it was $250.00 she then vowed to give this recipe to everyone she knew.So pass it along. By the way, my neighbor bakes these cookies for Ozzie Smith. They are his favorites.
