2 pints strawberries with stems (uniform in size)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 tablespoon corn syrup
Directions:
Directions:
Wash strawberries and pat dry. Place on paper towel until room temperature. Heat butter, corn syrup and chocolate chips in microwave 1 1/2 -2 minutes on defrost level. Stir occasionally. Dip strawberries 2/3 into chocoate mixture. Place on miniature papers and place on serving tray. Chill until chocolate sets (about 15 minutes).

*Best if served 2-3 hours after dipping.
