3 cups sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup milk or cream
3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients. Stir until all sugar has completely dissolved. Keep sides of pan wiped down with cloth or brush. Cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add butter. Let stand until lukewarm. Add vanilla and pecans and beat until smooth and creamy.
