3-4 lb. chuck roast
1 can beef broth
1 can French onion soup
1 package dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 large package fresh mushrooms (cleaned and sliced)
2 T. flour (I use Wondra)
2-3 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pepper and flour roast; brown in oil.
2. Place roast in crock-pot
3. Brown 2T. flour in pan-drippings; add both cans soup and cook until slightly thickened; stir in dry soup mix.
4. Pour everything over roast.
5. Add mushrooms
6. Cover and cook for 7-8 hours on slow.
