1 large zucchini
1 large onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. shredded cheese
1/3 bag of seasoned croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini and onions. Put in kettle. Add about one and one half pt. water and bring to boil. Remove from burner and drain. In a large bowl, mix together zucchini and onion with two cans of cream of chicken soup, shredded cheese and croutons. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. OPTIONAL: cover with some Stove Top Dressing during the last 10 minutes of baking time.
