"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Nice and crisp, this was my grandmother recipe. I miss her, so I make this a lot cause it never is in my fridge very long. Jewel and I get together and do a double batch, so much fun. My grandmother never had the peppers in cup form so I just used half of each color of the peppers, if you want to used just green and red I would say 1 of each and med size ones.
