2 lbs. carrots
1 cup sugar
1 small green pepper (thinly sliced)
1 small onion
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp. Picante sauce
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up carrots and cook carrots with sugar and salt until tender. (Cool) Mix all ingredients and pour on carrots. Alternate layers. Marinade 48 hours. Keep refrigerated. Keeps for week.
