2 small apricot Jello
1 large crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
3 or 4 bananas cut up

Topping:
1 3/4 c. sugar
pineapple juice (from above)
2 beaten eggs
4 T flour
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water. Add pineapple (drained), marshmallows, and bananas. Mix together and let set.
Topping: Cook ingredients until thick. Add 8 oz. package cream cheese that has NOT been softened. Let cool a little bit. Add large box (2 packages) Dream Whip. Put on top. Sprinkle coconut on top if desired.
