2lbs lean hamburger
1 C milk
1 C crushed crackers (townhouse for added flavor)
1T. grated onion (okay to leave out if kids will not eat it)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Form golf ball sized meatballs and bake on a foil lined cookie sheet for twenty-thirty minutes at 350°. I check the middle meatball for doneness. Let cool for a few minutes and place on paper towels.

Note: You can make meatballs ahead of time; they freeze well and work great for quick weeknight dinners.
