Ingredients:  
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. crisco
1 egg
5 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream flour and crisco. Mix egg, water, salt,and vinegar well and pour over flour mixture. Mix until blended. (do not over mix, will make crust tough)
Place small ball on floured area and roll out to fit a 9 in pie plate.
