1 c. butter softened
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk chocolate chips (11.5 oz. pkg.)
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugars and vanilla in large bowl. Add eggs and beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually adding to butter mixture, mixing well, add chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375º 8 - 10 minutes or light brown. Remove from cookie sheet and cool.
