1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp. dark rum
1 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped dates
whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Beat 4 eggs add remaining ingredients except whipping cream. Pour into shell. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipping cream.
