6 red potatoes
2 half pints whipping cream
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. chives
1 tsp. garlic
sm. onions
Directions:
Directions:
Slice and parboil potatoes. Add Whipping cream, butter, chives, garlic and onions. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
