3 cups sugar
1 cups oil
3 eggs
1 16oz can of pumpkin
3 cups flour
1/2 TSR salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix first 4 ingredients well. Add mixed dry ingredients a cup at a time. Add raisins and/or nuts.

Pour into paper lined muffin pans.
Bake for 15-18 minutes
Makes 2 1/2 - 3 dozen. Preparation time 15 minutes.
