white vinegar

Finely chop cabbage (not too fine though!!). Stir in a couple heaping spoonfuls of mayo and blend with cabbage. Add a little sugar and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.

Aunt Barb, this is the type of slaw you put on top of a hot dog!!! Slaw along with Chili makes for a perfect southern style hot dog.
