4 cups mashed potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 oz. can fried onions (less 1/2 cup)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2/3 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Can use instant mashed potatoes. Mix in large bowl potatoes, butter, salt, pepper and fried onions. Then place in greased casserole dish. Mix in a bowl whipping cream, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Then add to casserole dish. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 325º for 15 minutes. Top with remaining fried onions. bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until browned.
