1 pkg. 10 oz. chopped spinach- thaw and squeeze dry
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 med. potato shredded
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine all ingredients, except egg. Stir in egg, mix well. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a well-greased hot griddle. Fry until golden brown, turn and cook other side, until lightly browned.
