2 pkgs. chopped spinach
1 1b. ricotta cheese
3 c. mozzarella cheese, divided
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
12 lasagna noodles, cooked or oven ready
1 32-oz. jar pasta sauce
Parmesan cheese
1 c. water

Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess liquid. Combine spinach with ricotta cheese, two cups mozzarella, egg, and seasonings to make the filling. Spray a 13" x 9" baking dish. Make three layers from bottom of pan as follows: sauce, noodles, filling, sauce noodles, filling, sauce, noodles and top with one cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan and pour in water around edges of the pan. Cover with foil and bake in 350º oven for 1 1/4 hours.
