4 pc Squash grated
1 medium onions diced fin.
1 bunch parsley finely chopped,
1 cup of instant mashed potato flakes or 2 large potato grated
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp all spices
1 tsp black pepper.
2 tsp minced garlic.
6 or 8 eggs
3 tbs bread crumbs .
vegetable oil. for frying

squeeze any excess liquid out from the veg, add in one bowl and combine all the ingredient, beat the eggs well added to mix. In a large skillet pour some oil on high heat, Use a large spoon to drop the mix into hot oil.turn the heat to medium low.Cook on both side until light brown. place it on paper towel. Serve with pita bread.Makes a tasty sandwich.

dipping Sauce : 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 lemon juice
2 tsp diced parsley
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp paprika
Mix well and serve it with veggie patty
