2 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 sweet onion (chopped)
1 pkg. cracker crumbs
1 small can tomato paste
2 eggs
salt/pepper to taste
A little bit of ketchup (optional)

Topping:
equal parts of brown and mustard ( 1/2-1/3 C.)
a drop of BBQ sauce
(amounts depend on how much sauce you want and how thick you want the sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Bake at 400º for 1 hour. Mix up topping and pour on meatloaf when half cooked.
