4 tbsp. olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 white onion (sliced)
3/4 cup frozen peas
1 lb. asparagus
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 lb. Penne pasta
12 oz. grated mozzarella
3/4 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup Italian bread crumb

Directions:
Directions:
Cut asparagus in 2 inch lengths. Heat oil. Add asparagus. Add onions, red pepper, garlic and peas. Saute for 3-4 minutes, until onions are softened. Add wine. Reduce by 1/2. Add salt, pepper, parsley, stock and cream. Simmer until thicken. Add sauce to cooked pasta and mix. Layer pasta, mozzarella, Parmesan. Layer again. Top with bread crumbs.
