4 eggs
1/2 lemon
1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup Parmesan
2 lemon rinds
2 cups bread crumbs
salt
pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Whip eggs and juice of half a lemon. Mix until dough holds together. Turn out on floured board. Work and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Grate on large holes. Cook in boiling chicken broth for one minute. Sprinkle with cheese.
