3/4 C onion (chopped)
1 stick butter
6 C. water
6 bouillons cubes (vegetable or chicken flavor) 1 tsp. equals 1 cube
12 oz. pkg fine egg noodles
1 tsp. salt
2- 10 oz. pkg chopped broccoli (frozen)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 C. milk
4 C. American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion with 1 stick butter for 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes, heat to boiling. Gradually add noodles and salt. Cook 3 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic powder. Cook 4 more minutes.Add milk and cheese salt and pepper to taste. Cook until cheese melts at low temperature. Stir often

5 lbs. broccoli
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
18 C. milk
12 C. American cheese
salt and pepper to taste
