3/4 C. butter
1/2 C. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 C. flour
raspberry preserves or jelly
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add sugar and egg yolk. Add flour and mix. Chill dough several hours. Form in to balls and press thumb into ball. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven. Add raspberry preserves or jelly into thumb print.
