2 1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
48 Rolo Caramels
1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda. In a large bowl, beat sugars and margarine until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs and beat well. Add flour mixture and mix well. Chill dough. Shape about 1 Tbsp. of dough around 1 Rolo, covering completely . Dip the ball into sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º until set and slightly cracked (approximately 7-10 minutes). Cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheet and then remove.
