1 round of brie cheese
1 cup of finely chopped pecans
1 package of frozen raspberries (thawed and drained)
1 loaf of French bread sliced into ~3 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice top off of brie, place pecans on top of brie.
Place brie on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil and bake at 350º until cheese is soft (20-30 minutes). Remove from oven, place on serving platter. Pour raspberries over brie round, sprinkle any remaining pecans over raspberries. Place French bread slices around brie on platter and serve.
