1# ground pork
1 c. chopped onion
1-6 oz. can sliced mushrooms (drained) or fresh
1-10 oz. can beef broth
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. light soy sauce
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground pork with onion and celery in 1 Tbsp. oil. till pork is cook and celery and onion are just slightly crunchy. Add beef broth, soy sauce, water chestnuts.
Add 3 Tbsp. cornstarch to water and mix well and add to chow mein to thicken. Serve with rice and noodles.
