3/4 stick butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 can whole slice pineapple rings
marchino cherries for center of rings (2 per ring)
3 eggs seperated
5 Tbsp. juice from the above pineapple
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in round small cake pan. Evenly put brown sugar on bottom of pan and arrange pineapple slices. Put Marchino cherries in the center. I like to put 2 per ring. In a bowl put the egg yolks, using a wooden spoon beat. Add sugar and juice stir well. Add flour and baking powder stir until smooth. Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold into batter. Pour batter on top of rings. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º or until done.
