1 3/4 c flour
2/3 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 c mashed bananas
1/3 c butter or shortening
2 tbsp Milk
2 eggs
1/4 c chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
mash bananas in small bowll and add 1 tsp vanilla

combine 1 c flour, sugar, powder, soda & salt. Add bananas, butter and milk. Beat on low till blended. Then on high for 2 minutes. Add eggs and remaining flour. Stir in nuts & spices.

Grease bread pan, then take cinnamon and sugar and coat greased bread pan. Pour batter into pan. Take remaining cinnamon and sugar and pour on top of batter.

Bake 350º for 55 to 60 minutes
