6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. chicken soup powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cut the chicken in halves or quarters. In a shallow bowl, combine the salt and flour. Dredge chicken in flour, then lightly brown in hot oil. Place the cooked chicken in a 9x13 pan. In the pan that was used to brown the chicken, add the remaining flour to the drippings and brown. Gradually add water, stirring to make a thick sauce. Add the soup powder and spices. Continue cooking and stirring until the sauce is thick. Stir in the peanut butter. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Add peanuts if you like. Cover and bake at 400 for aobut 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 7-10 minutes until the top is brown and bubbly.
