2 lb. Cod Fish Fillet or your favorite Fish.
1 large Onion sliced.
1 Cup. uncle bens.
2 to 3 cup. Water. for the rice
1/2 cup olive or verge oil. to fry the fish
1/2 cup toasted Almond
1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste.
1/2 tsp allspice.
1/4 tsp black pepper.
1/4 tsp Cumin.
3 tbs butter.to Cooke the rice

Bake or fry the fish in in a medium open pan with oil, sprinkle salt and pepper. and sit aside .
Fry the Onion with the same oil you used to fry the fish add the butter to the oil and fry the onion to dark brown color, then add the water to the fried onion with the oil, add Cumin, allspice, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
Blend the onion and the liquid, then use a strainer to separate the broth to cook the rice
Add the rice to the broth taste for salt, cover and cook for 25 min on low heat until the rice is cooked. Add water if needed.
To serve Use a serving dish spread the rice, add the fish on top with toasted Almond. Serve with Salad.
