6 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
121 thin slices natural Swiss cheese
6 slices boiled ham
1/8 c. flour
1/2 t. paprika
1/3 c. butter
1 c. white wine
1 (10 3/4 oz. can) beef gravy
1/2 c. light cream

Directions:
Directions:
1 1/2 hours before serving, flatten chicken breasts. On each breast lay 2 slices cheese folded to fit breast. Top with one slice ham. Fold breasts over filling and fasten edges with toothpicks; coat chicken with flour and paprika. In large skillet, brown chicken on all sides. Add 1/2 c. wine and simmer, covered about 20 minutes. Add remaining wine, gravy and cream. Simmer, covered 10 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove toothpicks before serving.
