2 sticks of Blue Bonnet margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups oats uncooked
1 bag 11oz. Butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Beat together margarine and sugars until creamy
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well
Add combined flour,baking soda,cinnamon and salt, mix well.
Stir in oats and butterscotch chips
Drop by rounded T.
Bake 10-12 mins. or until golden brown.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, remove to wire rack.

We found that the blue bonnet margarine works the best - it makes the cookies very creamy. Enjoy these cookies; they go real fast!
