2# lean ham
1# lean pork - have these two ground together

Mix in:
1 cup milk
1 cup corn flakes
3 beaten eggs
pepper

Sauce:

1 cup Ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the meat well with the milk, cornflakes,eggs and pepper. Shape into small loaves (approx. 1/2 cup size) and place on a foil lined jelly roll pan. Spoon sauce over each one and bake for 30 -45 minutes at 325º

This is another recipe of Mom's for which she is well known. It has been a favorite for family, church and reunion gatherings. These can be made ahead of time and frozen, for ease of serving at a later time.
