3/4 c. unsalted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
3 T. granulated sugar
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 egg yolks
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 t. vanilla
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 3 ingredients and press into 9 by 13 pan and bake at 350º until lightly browned. Mix brown sugar and egg yolks, add pecans and vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and then spread over the baked crust. Bake an additional 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
