12 oz. uncooked penne pasta
1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chick breasts cut into chunks
1/3 c. onions, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 c. prepared Alfredo sauce
1 tbsp. chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
8 slices cooked bacon, chopped (optional)
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook penne following package directions, drain. While penne is cooking, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for about 4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken to a plate and reserve. Reduce heat to medium. Add onion to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in the alfredo sauce, chipotle chilies, chili powder, maple syrup and salt. Cook over medium-high heat until bubbly. Stir in the chicken. Place the pasta back into the pot and stir in the alfredo and chicken mixture. Spoon pasta onto large serving dish and garnish with bacon and cilantro.
