1 sponge cake mix
1 qt. sour cream
10 Colorado Peaches
1 6 oz. bag chopped pecans
1 C. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Peel peaches with a paring knife and decore the pits and dice into small pieces, then place in a medium metal bowl. Add sour cream . Add half of the brown sugar (more to taste). Add pecans and a dash of cinnamon. Mix well. Place a spoonfull over a cut piece of sponge cake and serve.
