3/4 C. butter
1 1/2 C. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
4 C. mini marshmallows

Topping:
8 oz. chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. butter
1 C. peanut butter
2 C. Rice Crispy cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa. Add to creamed mixture. Spread into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and return to oven for 2-3 minutes. Spread marshmallows with a knife dipped in water.

Topping:
Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a saucepan. Heat and stir until melted. Dump into rice cereal and mix. Spread over cooled bars.
