1 pound cream cheese
1 pound ricotta cheese
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup soft butter
4 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 pint sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Season 9" spring pan. Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat with mixer on medium speed until light and creamy. Pour into prepared pan and bake for one hour. Turn off oven and let the pan set in oven for two hours.
