4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 c. flour (or bisquick)
seasoned salt (lawry's)
1 c. milk (or more - or a can of evap milk)

vegetable oil for frying
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. mustard (dijon or yellow)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the honey and mustard to allow time for flavors to mix. Set aside (you can also ad a dollop of miracle whip to make it creamy).
Put flour and seasonings in a large ziplock and shake to mix. Cut up the chicken into small strips and place them in a bowl of the milk.
Take half the chicken and toss it in the bag to coat with flour then put it in the hot oil (about 375 degrees).
Brown on both sides, at least 3 minutes turning once.
Remove with tongs and place on a lined plate where the chicken can cool and drain oil.
Serve with honey mustard for dipping (or bbq sauce).
