1 lb Ziti
1 lb Skim Ricotta
1 lb Skim Mozzarella, diced
1 Egg
2 tsp Parsley
½ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ricotta with egg, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and diced mozzarella.

Set mixture aside.

Boil ziti with a pinch of salt in water; must be cooked al denti.

Combine other ingredients with pasta and add a small amount of sauce, just enough to blend together.

Coat baking pan with sauce.

Pour mixture into pan and top with sauce and sprinkle with Romano cheese.

Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

Let stand for 1 hour before cutting portions.

Yields 8 servings.
