1 24 oz pkg. shredded hash browns,
1/2 cube butter, melted,
1 small can diced green chilies,
4 cups shredded cheese (Jack and Cheddar),
2 cups diced ham,
8 eggs,
1/2 cup milk'
1/4 tsp. salt,
1/4 tsp. pepper.

Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter. Press thawed hash browns into bottom to form a solid layer. Brush with melted butter and bake at 400º for 20-25 min.until lightly browned. Remove from oven and put 1/3 of cheese over has browns. Spread chilies and ham over cheese and rest of cheese over that. Lightly beat the eggs and milk, salt and pepper and pour over the cheese. Bake 350º for 45 to 50 min. until center is set. You may want to cover it the last 20 min. if the Quiche is browning too much.
