1 cup yellow corn meal
1 TBL. baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup cream corn
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup melted butter
2 eggs beaten
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese(use a good brand like Tillamook)
1 can chopped green chili's (you decide the heat)

Preheat oven 350º

Combine cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Combine remaining ingredients and add the dry ingredients stir until JUST BLENDED, pour into a greased 9inch square pan. Bake appx. 40-45 min until done.
