1 pound COARSELY GROUND halibut
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped capers
1 cup chopped onion
S&P
dash of cayenne pepper
grated lemon
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 bunch fresh chopped dill.

Coating for frying
1 pkg panko crumbs
2 tbl flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop halibut in food processor, remove to bowl and add the finely chopped remaining ingredients. Form into patties and coat in fry mixture, let sit 1-2 hours in fridge before frying

Fry in PEANUT OIL until golden brown and done inside.
