1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
pinch salt
3 eggs

Directions:

Mix together milk and eggs. Add dry ingredients until blended.
Melt a little butter in a small flat pan, then pour a small amount of batter in the pan - swirling it to spread flat and thin. Flip over when it begins to look firm and bubble. Should have little golden spots, but not crispy.

Traditional Filling:
Cottage cheese
cinnamon
sugar
raisins

or just jam or sryup.

1. ◦Csipetke (hungarian dumplings). Pronouced "cheap-ee-cuz", It's said it means "little pinches" in Hungarian.
2. Polichintas as I remember it, but internet says Palacsinta . I think Pat said they spelled it different in Hungary, all I know is we pronounced them "Paula-cheatas".
3. NagyMama is Grandma in Hungarian. Pronounced "Nudge Mama".
