CRUST
2 Cups sifted flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup COLD butter

Filling
2 cups sugar
7 tbl. flour
1 cup "heavy" whipping cream
3 eggs beaten
5 cups finely chopped fresh rhubarb or frozen (thaw and drain)

Topping
2 3oz. pkg. cream cheese room temp
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream WHIPPED

Preheat oven to 350º
Mix the crust ingredients together and press in bottom of 9X12X2 baking dish bake for 10-15 min, remove from oven and cool

Mix all of the filling ingredients together and pour over the top of the crust. Bake 45-60 min (watch for center to be set (custard) remove from oven and cool completely, top with the topping.
