1 lb. small to medium shrimp
1 can chopped clams
3 c. half and half
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 chopped red onion
1 can corn
1 lb. parboiled, cut up into small cubes potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, add juice from clams. Add half and half, bring to a boil, then add 1/2 c. milk mixed with cornstarch. Add potatoes, shrimp, clams and corn.

Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes until shrimp and potatoes are fully cooked.

Garnish with fresh herbs, rosemary and parsley.
