3 pkgs. lady fingers
1 pt.whipping cream
1 lg. package frozen strawberries (12 - 16 oz)
1 8oz. package cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar until well blended. Add pint of whipping cream until cream forms peaks.

Line sides and bottom of spring form pan with lady fingers, pour cream cheese mixture over one layer of lady fingers, add another layer of lady fingers then cover with remaining cream cheese mixture.

After strawberries are thawed use fork to lift berries of out juice and place on top of cream cheese mixture. Let set in refrigerator overnight.

For variation sliced peaches, diced pineapple blueberries (fresh or frozen) as well as fresh strawberries can be used to top this dessert.
